Here's Our Procedures With New Patients

1. Step One: All new patients fill out a personal health/history questionnaire. For your convenience, this form is available for download on the “First Visit Paperwork” page. Please note there is a version for children as well as adults. Bringing this form filled out by you will save you time on your first visit.

2. Step Two: You will have a consultation with Dr. Gay to discuss your health problems.

3. Step Three: We will perform diagnostic chiropractic, biomechanical and neurological examination procedures to determine if chiropractic care is appropriate for your condition and if we can accept your case for care.

4. Step Four: Dr. Gay will advise you as to the need for additional procedures such as x-rays (performed at our office), if necessary.

5. Step Five: Our office staff will schedule you for a time you can return for your “Report of Findings”. This is when Dr. Gay will explain your exam and x-ray findings and report whether or not your case can be accepted. Specific recommendations tailored to your case will be explained to you in detail. If your case has been accepted and you choose to begin care, you may receive your first adjustment at this visit. Our friendly and helpful office staff will explain financial considerations, including insurance information and cash payment options.

6. Step Six: Care will begin and continue as scheduled until your condition has been fully corrected, or until maximum possible improvement has been obtained. Any further recommendations would be made at that point.
